- SB 1159, Workers’ Compensation COVID-19 rebuttable presumption effective immediately and retroactive to 7/6/2020.
- AB 685 Imposes New Notice and Reporting Obligations for COVID-19 Workplace Exposure which takes effect on January 1, 2021.
