A critical overview of the litigation process, including the pleading stage, discovery, expert witnesses and law and motion, with a focus on recent trends in case handling due to the impact of COVID-19. Participants will take away from this seminar an understanding of the litigation process in the age of COVID-19. Risk Managers, claim professionals and administrators will be in a position to maximize case handling results with knowledge of the new rules adopted by Courts as a result of COVID-19.
