Domestic Partner Eligibility 101 Training

Topics will include the impact of CA Senate Bill 30 which extends eligibility to opposite-sex domestic partners effective January 1, registration requirements and process, Plan Document changes, employee communications, documentation verification requirements, Section 125/tax implications, termination of domestic partners, and qualifying events.

Target Audience: 

Employees involved in the administrative and operational support of their district’s health benefits programs.
