Presenter will discuss when an investigation should be started\, how to select the right investigator\, the parameters of an investigation\, how the employee’s union rights are implicated\, how to make factual findings based on real facts\, and analyzing the appropriate degree of employee discipline. Come prepared to discuss your most challenging scenarios to work through during the roundtable. \nAs always\, there is no charge to ASCIP members or our invited guests to attend this training. \nThe next HR Roundtable is scheduled on Wednesday\, November 18\, 2015.
